These decorative wooden wagon wheels range in diameter sizes of 18, 20", 24, 30, 36, 38, 42, and 48,60",72"inch. The tire thickness 2" Wide. The side wall Width 2" or 3" depends on wheel size. The wood used to construct the wheels are first and second material for the horse drawn buggies and wagons. Spokes and felloes are made with White Natural lumber. Hubs are usually round in center. The hubs have a 1-2"inch hole drilled through the center so that an axle can be used if needed. The decorative wooden wagon wheels are very strong and are sometimes used to make garden carts, used on stage in plays, chandeliers, civil war reenactment, or just sat around for western or country display. The wheels are shipped and arrive raw and unfinished. They can be lightly sanded then slightly fire torched to expose the hardwood grain then stained and varnished. Wood can also be painted. With any wood, a preservative should be used to protect your investment for many years. The hub resembles a small cannon wheel, great for decoration.
